10 Minute Vegan Waffles (Vegan – WFPB)

Martin and I were walking through the second hand store 3 weeks ago and spotted a beautiful little gem in a brand new box. We both spotted her, looked at each other and smiled so big. We ran for her and giggled all the way to the cash register with 5 euros in hand.

And that is how my obsession with waffles began… haha!

These waffles are delicious, sugar free, oil free, WFPB, and can even be made with gluten free oats. They are perfection!

10 Minute Vegan Waffles

2 cups non-dairy milk

1 ½ cups flour (Whole Wheat / Oat)

½ cup corn starch

1 ½ tbsp nut/seed butter

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

Fruit to Top

Maple/Date Syrup to Serve

Whisk together all the dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

Add in non-dairy milk and whisk again. Lastly, whisk in almond butter until smooth.

Pre-heat waffle maker **The nut/seed butter will work as your non-stick so no need to spray or grease* and add 1/3 cup batter once heated.

Cook until go light comes on and repeat!

Slice fruit on top and drizzle with maple/date butter.
