My Must-Have Energizing Juices for a Productive, Healthy and Loving Morning

I have been craving juices like mad the past week and filled my body with gorgeous beets, apples, celery, parsley, lemon, ginger and carrots. I have always listened to my body when she speaks to me. When she wants a certain something or even requests it in my dreams. Last week I dreamed of drinking juices and bathing in lavender.

I woke up and made it a point to grant the requests from my soul and, in return, she has gifted me with the most amazing amount of energy, beautiful uninterrupted sleep, and an all-around better mood. I am so thankful. Don’t forget to listen. To perk up your senses to what your body is telling you.

Benefits of Juicing

Don’t let the haters of juicing bring you down. When you add juicing to a well-balanced diet full of WHOLE vegetables and fruits, a beautiful juice like these will do nothing but bring wonderful benefits to your life!

  • Juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables. The resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the whole fruit. The fiber is lost (a very important part of any diet), but if you are eating a well-balanced diet, you will have no issues.
  • It has been said that your body absorbs the nutrients much quicker via juicing. While there is no scientific evidence to support this as of yet, once you drink a juice you will quickly believe this to be true.
  • Easily increase your intake of fruits and vegetables while also adding a fun variety.

My personal recommendation for a Juicer would be this one by Omega. With a 15-year ‘parts and performance’ warranty, minimal heat build-up and oxidation, low speed 80 rpm, extremely powerful motor and more….I just do not think you can beat it for the price.

This one is always a safe go to drink for when you want a beautiful burst of energy and glowing skin!

Equipment

  • Juicer or High Speed Blender paired with a very fine mesh strainer

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized beets Scrubbed and chopped
  • 2 carrots Peeled and chopped
  • 2 small sweet apples (or 1 large) Chopped, core removed
  • 1 inch piece of ginger No need to peel but you can if you would like
  • 1 small lemon Juiced
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cold Water Omit if you wish but we love to add this in our juice

Instructions

  • Peel/Scrub and Chop all vegetables and fruit as needed.
  • Turn on the Juicer and place all of the ingredients in one by one. Use the tool to the push the fruit and veggie down so that nothing gets backed up.
  • Once the juice is finished, pour the juice over a large mesh strainer or into a nut/milk bag to remove any extra pulp.
  • I encourage you to save the pulp for future vegetable broths or even raw vegan crackers.
  • Stir in the 1/2 cup of ice cold water and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 Celery Ribs Stems removed
  • 2 Sweet Apples Small in size, cored
  • 1 2-Inch Knob of Ginger Peeled or Unpeeled
  • 1 handful parsley Stems intact. Be sure the handful is small and tight
  • 1 lemon Juiced

Instructions

  • Prep veggies and fruit.
  • Turn on the Juicer and place all of the ingredients in one by one. Use the tool to the push the fruit and veggie down so that nothing gets backed up.
  • Once the Juice is finished, turn off the Juicer and pour the juice into a nut/milk bag over a large bowl or over a mesh strainer. Remove any extra pulp!
  • I encourage you to save the pulp for future vegetable broths or raw vegan crackers.
  • Serve juice as is or let chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes for a more refreshing drink.
